Alisha Outridge has spent 15+ years building AI/ML products at Meta, Reuters, TuneCore, and 2+ acquired startups. She founded Byte&Chord in 2024 to take that work directly to the people, schools, and organizations that need it.
Alisha is the founder and lead instructor of AIFounderPlaybook.com and runs Byte&Chord, a venture studio building AI products, companies, and the teams behind them. A serial entrepreneur with two exits (FlyBy, acquired by Apple with tech in ARKit; KickApps, acquired by Brightspot), she's been CPO at Reuters TV and CTO+CPO at TuneCore, where AI personalization drove +25% revenue and +30% engagement across 500K creators. She held senior product roles at Meta and iHeartRadio and co-invented AI/ML patents, including one (US10467282B2) still active at Meta.
Today she packages that operator experience and a parallel academic career (Brown University & Hunter College CUNY) into hands-on AI product and systems-thinking workshops, and runs hackathon-style labs across the country. Her work has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, CNN, and Business Insider, and on stages from SXSW to All That Matters Singapore.
A native New Yorker, she's an oil painter and standup comedian at heart, a builder of both AI and HI, Human Intelligence.
